DescriptionMicrosoft asked us to revamp the North America TechEd marketing website and the MyTechEd community website. They wanted to give it a cleaner look to align with Microsoft’s new metro principles. We rethought and redesigned each section and added a couple additions. The conference was a hit and the redesigned website was received very well globally. Although the conference is over, the client has asked us to expand our thinking around ways to leverage the MyTechEd community as a central tool for communication. We are working on an inspirational concept to show what the site could become by making MyTechEd the center stage, around a more editorial website delivering personalized content throughout the year. The conference (not its content) would then become a section of the site. I helped in rethinking the UI and led the design and frontend development.
